Another important side of Valle Maggio is the breeding of animals. Sheep, goats, hens, geese, allow us to obtain milk, eggs and genuine meat for the use in our restaurant, to make aged cheese and fresh chees such ricotta, for the production of sweets, chees-cakes and omelettes.

Then there are the hives of bees with which we produce millefiori honey and eucalyptus honey for both the restaurant and the shop.

Our animals live in very large areas and are fed with completely natural feed, in accordance with the genuine traditions.
