Our production includes fresh cheese and seasoned chees like caciotta, honey, eggs, fresh seasonal vegetables, homemade pasta, sweets, meat from our animals.
We produce ham and sausages with the meat of our porkers.

Due to our geographical location, the ground allow us to plant and harvest various vegetables in the different seasons: tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, zucchini, green beans, cucumber, curly lettuce, lettuce, and more.

With the milk from our sheep and goats we produce ricotta fresh cheese and seasoned chees filled with spices including pepper, red pepper, walnuts, thyme, juniper, pistachio. We get fresh eggs of our hens that are fed on natural feed, just like all our animals.

Most of our production is sold at retail only from us.
